Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Jay has called the Oaxacan coast home for over two years. What began as an interest in the area’s investment potential quickly turned into a deep appreciation for its lifestyle — with year-round sunshine, world-class food, and a laid-back, welcoming community.

Before transitioning into real estate, Jay spent two decades in sales, working with clients across Canada. That experience helped build a strong foundation of trust, consistency, and long-term relationship building — qualities that now define every real estate interaction.

Outside of work, Jay is passionate about sports, having played competitive soccer and baseball, and is now learning to surf — a challenge that reflects the adventurous spirit of coastal living. A native English speaker currently learning Spanish, Jay is committed to connecting more deeply with the culture and community that make this region so special.
