Bayside Real Estate has a new opportunity to offer and is looking for a beach realtor, a leader, the right individual to join the family for sales of new pre-construction developments and private listings in new markets in Mexico for Bayside Real Estate.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, managing leads, understanding their criteria, answering questions, sending information, nurturing prospects, showing property, negotiation and closing sales. Attract new business, private listings, and grow Bayside Real Estate’s market share.

Responsibilities

• Find and reach out to new prospects
• Manage sales leads
• Advertise and market real estate inventory via Social Media and other
• Discover clients’ criteria and find inventory that fits their criteria
• Conduct strategic sales tours
• Negotiate and close deals turning prospects into buyers
• Developer representation of exclusive development
• Buyer representation
• Seller representation

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership skills
